The ability to activate and to deactivate our body is key to a harmonious lifestyle. Yet, in our daily lives we train ourselves to ignore the important signals of tiredness from our body and our mind, and tend to go beyond our limits. Most of us live in constant exhaustion, only on the weekends we get the lacking sleep and time for ourselves to recover. The result is a burn-out like situation with unhealthy sleeping patterns and an overall loss of life quality. The most common symptoms are:
Exhaustion, tiredness, lack of concentration, lack of creativity, fears, anxiety, sleep deprivation, tension, inflammation, headache, sadness, short temper, addiction, digestive disorders and an overall loss of life quality.
In order to get control back over our lives and reanimate our good qualities, our creativity and vitality we work on physical as well as on the mental level.


In the anti- stress course of Yogasamskriti you will learn to understand and read your body and find the source of discomforts. With traditional Yogic techniques, you will learn how to balance your system and restore your energy. To find deep relaxation we will address the body as well as the mind by improving your breathing patterns and releasing tension in the body. At the end of the course you will have learned various methods to release stress and be able to go on with the practice in your daily lives.

In our individual lifestyles, we have to find our own way to implement the right exercises in our daily routine. In a private consultation, you have the opportunity to discuss your personal situation in detail. You´ll get a personalized training program specially designed for your needs.

Curriculum

In the anti-stress Seminar, you will learn traditional Yoga Asanas to release tensions in the body and balance the energy flow alongside with breathing techniques which improve your breathing pattern overall and enable you to calm yourself down or activate your system. To remove blockages and toxins we will introduce classical cleansing/detoxification techniques and establish healthy nutrition throughout the course. The effect and method of the techniques, will be explained in detail and provide you with an overall understanding of the Yogic approach to stress related discomforts. All practices are designed in a way so that you also learn how to uphold the training when you´re back home.

The students will learn to design customized Asana sequences for specific needs, considering different life circumstances. The students get a firm foundation in all aspects of Yoga, in a supportive and harmonious environment,that prepares them to become confident and successful Yoga teachers, capable of mentoring students in different settings.

The course has a Yoga Therapy focus. You will learn to activate your self-healing capacities and boost your immune system. You will also learn how to address different health issues with Yogic techniques.  

Main Topics

The aim of this course is to provide our students with firm understanding of the techniques and practices we teach, how they work in the body and how we can approach different symptoms and address the mental, emotional and physical system at the same time. With sustainable knowledge, our students will be able to maintain and develop their practice at home and see the beneficial effects over a long-time period. For that we explain all in detail and are always ready to answer your questions. The main topics that you will learn about in the Anti-Stress Training retreat are:

  • The body-mind bridge: Anatomy and Physiology of Breathing
  • Hormones, Nerves and Emotions – the neuroendocrine System
  • Biorhythm, Sleep and Food intake
  • Nutrition and stress (eating habits and nutrients)
  • Toxins in the body
  • Integration in daily life

Practical Training 

  • Yoga for energy balancing– Asanas and preparation for relaxation
  • Kriyas- detoxification techniques
  • Relaxation techniques
  • The art of sitting right
  • Meditation techniques
  • Pranayama

 

Materials 

Yoga mats, props and notebooks will be provided on your arrival. Of course you can bring your personal material if you wish.

Anti Stress Yoga Training Calendar 2018-2019

The 100 Hours is for 14 days and the 50 Hours stress free Training is for 7 days. The duration of the course can be extended for one or two weeks to attend the Meditation Training.

Fee and Payment

The tuition includes the education fee, certificate, course materials, accommodation and food three times a day for the whole training.

14 days of training (100hrs)

Private room $1,250

7 days of training (50hrs)

The Advance payment is done via Paypal or Bank Transfer.  

20% of the total amount is required to be transferred 30 days before the training starts.

You can pay the remaining amount on arrival or transfer the complete amount in advance as you wish. The payment can be made via cash, debit, credit or transfer. Transactional fee might apply.

Accommodation
Our rooms are equipped with a private bathroom. We have hot water and western toilets, closets, Ventilator and AC. You can view pictures here.

Discounts
People who bring a friend, partner or any extra student to the course will receive a 10% discount on the course fee.
Our students who decide to have further education will receive a 25% discount on the education fee only of the next course they enrol in.
Our students who want to repeat a course will receive a 50% discount on the education fee only of that course.

Refund Policy
Once the application is approved, we guarantee a place in the course. If you cancel your enrolment 45 days before the course there will be a cancellation fee of 20% of the total course fee, 30 days before the course starts we will charge a cancellation fee of 50%. After that we cannot refund anymore.

In case you have to cancel after that period of time you can send another person in your place. He/she would have to go through the process of application as well.


In case of a short cancellation due to medical issues, accidents, etc. please contact us. We will find a good solution (like a voucher for future training programs, etc.) to support each other.

As we have limited number of students in every training, and limited accommodation, we highly recommend that student should submit the application as soon as possible (4 – 6 months before program start). Courses get fully booked 30 – 45 days in advance.
