Yoga Workshop

At our recreational Locations we host workshops from one to three days of duration to deepen your Asana practice, introduce you into the ancient wisdom of pranayama techniques or help you find deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra.

Rahul’s way of teaching in proper English and his correcting of postures helped a lot and really made me experience the benefits of yoga.
