This Meditation teacher training (7 Days 50 hr and 14 days 100 hr) has been created to deepen the meditation experience., It would provide you deep relaxation and total rejuvenation. During this retreat, you will find the perfect opportunity to regain your sense of harmony and leave the negative effects of a stressful life behind. By entering a place of peace and happiness, you will be able to take your mind away from worldly distractions and focus on inner peace and self-transformation.

 

The course will offer a variety of spiritual practices including Hatha and Restorative yoga alongside lot of meditation and breathing techniques which cater to all levels and age groups. With experienced teachers and practitioners deeply rooted in Indian culture and fully immersed in the principles of yoga, you will encounter an authentic and traditional experience. Each individual will have personal time with the practitioners, who will be providing emotional and spiritual support throughout the journey. You will learn a wealth of new information which will contribute to your own personal practice, and also give insight on the ways of healing yourself through yoga practices and relaxation techniques.

What you will learn and experience

During your time at this retreat, you will enjoy daily yoga classes, meditation & relaxation practices and a good introduction to the philosophy of yoga. The caring and skilled teachers will guide you through each practice and assist you with deepening the postures by using breath and gently letting go of anything that may be holding you back. You will be learning and practicing a combination of different healing techniques, each offering amazing benefits to body and mind. There will be the opportunity of teacher-student one-on-one time, during which you can talk about personal health issues and discuss any questions that you may have. You will be given valuable personalized advice and recommendations that you can take back home with you and integrate into your daily life for optimum health.

 

Hatha Yoga

Traditional Hatha yoga focuses on balancing active and passive energies through posture and breath, allowing the whole being to find peace and feel centred. This is a practice suitable for all levels and has great benefits for both body and mind. By applying a therapeutic approach, the healing capacity of the body will be awakened to assist with opening areas that require relaxation and calming a busy mind.

 

Vinyasa Yoga

This is an active practice using traditional postures which are followed in a flow sequence. The breath connects each posture to the other, while coordinated movement teaches the whole body to work as one in synchronization. By flowing through the postures and using deep breathing, blockages can be released and the nervous system strengthened.

 

Meditation & Relaxation

Good posture and the feeling of ease in sitting are vital for allowing meditation to take place. By exploring ways of stabilizing the posture and teaching helpful techniques for deepening the practice, you will feel ready to enter into deep relaxation. As you are placed in a peaceful environment and receive gentle guidance, this will be a great introduction to a meditation practice which you can take home with you and continue your spiritual journey.

 

Yoga Philosophy

We will be introducing you to the origins and principles of the different schools of Yoga. This will provide you with some background knowledge on the practices you will be performing, and create a deeper understanding and appreciation of these. In addition, each student will receive personal support in the form of spiritual & lifestyle coaching, stress management and guided ways of working through emotions. 

 

* A day of silent reflection will be encouraged, since so much of your energy is used to communicate in the modern world. This will allow for some space to be created in the mind as you process emotions and thoughts, bringing clarity and relaxation to enhance the healing process.

Payment 

 

The payment is done via Paypal and Bank Transfer.

20% of the total amount is required to be transferred 30 days before the retreat starts.

You can pay the remaining amount on arrival or transfer the complete amount in advance as you wish. The payment can be made via cash, debit, credit or transfer. Transactional fee might apply.

Accommodation
Our rooms are equipped with a private bathroom with hot water and western toilets, closets, Ventilator and AC.

Refund Policy
Once the application is processed, we guarantee a place in the retreat. If you cancel your enrolment 45 days before the retreat there will be a cancellation fee of 20% of the total course fee, 30 days before the retreat starts we will charge a cancellation fee of 50%. After that we cannot refund anymore.

In case you have to cancel after that period of time you can send another person in your place. 

In case of a short cancellation due to medical issues, accidents, etc. please contact us. We will find a good solution (like a voucher for future programs, etc.) to support each other.
