Philosophy
We teach Yoga philosophy in a modern and practical context, using the ancient scripture of Samkhya, Patanjali Yoga sutras, Hatha Yoga Pradipika and the Bhagavad Gita by discussing the moral and ethical guidelines in daily life experience.


Yoga Anatomy and Physiology
We provide a basic understanding of the anatomy including the Nadi system as well the endocrine. Our students will learn by experience and become aware of the psychosomatic workings in our bodies.


Pranayama
We teach the foundational techniques of pranayama. To increase Prana (life force) in the body. Yogis used different methods of breathing for physical and metal health. Those techniques will help our students to understand the flow of energy in their bodies.
