Overview

Yoga Nidra is known as easy meditation technique. One of the best yoga practice to develop body, breath and mind awareness. Yoga Nidra is an ancient yogic practice to experience the deepest relaxation. In this method, you experience half sleep-sleep and half-waking state. You are sleeping yet fully conscious.

 

A person learns to being aware of subtler body existence and experience the four different states of consciousness. While you rest in comfortable Savasana (corpse pose). This systematic sleeping practice takes you through the deep layers of body and mind. The participants will also learn to enter into the subtle body and remove the physical and mental (emotional) blocks.

 

There are immense benefits of Yoga nidra practice. In it you will rest completely, experience the good sleep and also have peaceful state. It is very powerful practice which can help you to cure insomnia, sleep denervation, burnouts and other metal misbalances. It is also the best way to release stress.

Sessions are designed to make the retreat a practical experience. Handouts will be given for each class. Every segment will be guided separately. Students will have enough time to practice every technique. You will be given valuable personalized advice and recommendations that you can take back home with you and integrate into your daily life for optimum health. Sessions will include:

Meditation & Relaxation

Good posture and the feeling of ease in sitting are vital for allowing meditation to take place. By exploring ways of stabilizing the posture and teaching helpful techniques for deepening the practice, you will feel ready to enter into deep relaxation. As you are placed in a peaceful environment and receive gentle guidance, this will be a great introduction to a meditation practice which you can take home with you and continue your spiritual journey.

 

* A day of silent reflection will be encouraged, since so much of your energy is used to communicate in the modern world. This will allow for some space to be created in the mind as you process emotions and thoughts, bringing clarity and relaxation to enhance the healing process.

*The cost of the Retreat includes accommodation, three times meals a day, all the classes, course materials, excursions, additional activities listed on the daily schedule and participation certificate.

Payment 

 

The payment is done via Paypal and Bank Transfer.

20% of the total amount is required to be transferred 30 days before the retreat starts.

You can pay the remaining amount on arrival or transfer the complete amount in advance as you wish. The payment can be made via cash, debit, credit or transfer. Transactional fee might apply.

Refund Policy
Once the application is processed, we guarantee a place in the retreat. If you cancel your enrolment 45 days before the retreat there will be a cancellation fee of 20% of the total course fee, 30 days before the retreat starts we will charge a cancellation fee of 50%. After that we cannot refund anymore.

In case you have to cancel after that period of time you can send another person in your place. 

In case of a short cancellation due to medical issues, accidents, etc. please contact us. We will find a good solution (like a voucher for future programs, etc.) to support each other.
